ICOM Exhibitions new Board (2025-2028)
We are delighted to announce the formation of the new Board of ICOM Exhibitions for the 2025–2028 term, representing museums and cultural institutions from around the world, including Rwanda, Singapore, Australia, Estonia, Italy, Scotland, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
They are looking forward to connecting with the international Museum community: meet them soon and do not miss ICOM Exhibitions Annual conference in Québec at the Musée de la civilisation from October 4–8, 2026 “Momentum: Museums, Exhibitions, and Disruptions”!

Amanda Mayne (Co-chair)
Amanda Mayne is Head of Partnerships: International Touring Exhibitions at the British Museum, where she has been instrumental in growing the museum’s global touring programme since joining in 2007. Previously at the National Maritime Museum, she brings extensive experience in international exhibition exchange. Amanda has served on the board of ICOM’s International Committee of Exhibitions since 2016.
Eva González (Co-chair)
Eva is an exhibition producer with 20 years of experience in the cultural sector, working with galleries, museums, and theaters to transform ideas into compelling spaces and print materials. Her background spans illustration, visual design, exhibition design, AV production, and art direction. She currently serves as EMEA Relationship Manager for Bloomberg Connects at Imagineear. Eva holds master’s degrees from The George Washington University and the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague.
Alanna Davidson (Treasurer)
Alanna is a museum professional with expertise in international exhibition partnerships and touring strategy. She is Partnerships Director at Nomad Exhibitions (UK), and Co-chair of The Exhibitions Group. With twenty years of experience in the museum sector, she held roles at the V&A, National Galleries of Scotland and National Museums Scotland, where she established the organisation’s international touring exhibitions programme. Alanna has served as an Ordinary Board Member of ICOM Exhibitions for the past six years and holds a degree in Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies.
Negar Sagharichi (Secretary)
Negar is a museum professional with over 15 years of experience across museums and archival institutions in Iran and Canada. She served as Exhibition Manager at the Malek National Library and Museum in Tehran for a decade, where she led the development and implementation of exhibitions and public programs. She is currently a curator at the Tavakoli Archive at the University of Toronto, Canada. Negar holds an MA in Museum Studies from the Tehran University of Art and an MA in Near and Middle Eastern Civilizations from the University of Toronto.
Catherine Benoit
Holding an MBA in International Management, Catherine Benoit leads planning and international outreach at the Musée de la civilisation (Québec, Canada). Formerly Executive Director of an independent film cooperative for over 13 years, she has extensive experience in governance, partnership development, and cultural strategy, fostering innovation and meaningful international collaboration.
Adrian George
Adrian George FRSA is a curator, commissioner, writer and educator with over 25yrs experience at leading institutions including New Museum (NYC), Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool and the UK Government Art Collection. He is Director of Programmes, Exhibitions and Museum Services at ArtScience Museum, Singapore, and a member of AICA and IKT.
Jole Martinenghi
Jole is a cultural professional dedicated to enhancing cultural heritage and fostering cultural exchange among museums around the world. She manages the international culture partnerships at Contemporanea Progetti, an Italian company specialized in the development of exhibitions worldwide, and she holds degrees from Brera Fine Arts Academy and Maastricht University. Throughout the years, she has worked in different museums and cultural institutions across roles in museum education, exhibition development and cultural strategy.
Anu M. Mitra
Anu M. Mitra, PhD, is Emeritus Faculty in Visual Culture, having served as a Fulbright specialist in Trinidad. She is a board member at the Cincinnati Art Museum; on the National Advisory Board of the National Museum for Women in the Arts (NMWA); a trustee of Bader + Simon; and co-chair of the Ohio Advisory Group of NMWA since 2023.
Vicki Northey
I have worked in Museums for forty years starting at the Powerhouse Museum then Australian War Memorial, Boola Bardip Western Australian Museum, Australian National Maritime Museum, Australian Parliament House and National Museum of Australia. I have developed partnerships and collaborations with some of the best museums in the world.
Kristjan Raba
Kristjan currently serves as Chief Coordinator of Partner Relations at the Estonian National Museum. Since 1996, he has held various positions that have shaped his expertise in exhibition production, curation, and the management of contemporary everyday life culture and history. His work encompasses the collection of contemporary materials, closely tied to museum communication research and participatory learning. He is also involved in touring international exhibition production and sustainable Green Museum initiatives at ENM.
Chantal Umuhoza
Chantal Umuhoza is a museum curator at the Rwanda Cultural Heritage Academy, where she coordinates digitization projects for museum collections and heritage sites and organizes exhibitions. She has curated both physical and online exhibitions that promote women artists and explore art inspired by cultural heritage.
